Kai Sotto returns to Koshigaya Alphas for upcoming season

MANILA, Philippines– Filipino basketball player Kai Sotto has re-signed with the Koshigaya Alphas for the upcoming season in Japan’s B.League, the team announced Friday.

Sotto confirmed his return after recovering from a torn ACL that ended his previous season early. The injury occurred during a game against Mikawa in January.

In a social media post, Sotto expressed his gratitude and optimism, writing, “I’m coming back! #BlessedBeyondMeasure.”

The 7-foot-3 center aims to make a full return and contribute to the team’s success in the next campaign. His renewed commitment marks the continuation of his professional basketball career in Japan.
