Joshua Garcia, Ivana Alawi to lead first Filipino series filmed in Morocco

MANILA, Philippines — Actors Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi will headline Love is Never Gone, the first Filipino television series to be filmed in Morocco, the production team announced.

The series will begin shooting soon, with Morocco chosen to provide an international backdrop while incorporating Filipino cultural elements.

The show will explore themes of love and cultural diversity, blending romance and drama for a wide audience. Producers said the collaboration with Moroccan counterparts will ensure smooth execution of the filming schedule and highlight local culture and scenery in the storyline.

Garcia and Alawi expressed excitement about working on the project, describing it as an opportunity to expand Filipino television content globally. The series will air on a leading Filipino network upon completion of filming and post-production.

The production team plans to release additional details, including more cast members, in the coming weeks.
