The Amplify Tomball community is set to offer three-story townhomes, each featuring attached garages, modern living spaces, and top-floor bedrooms. With rental prices expected to range from $1,800 to $3,000 monthly, these homes are tailored to attract discerning renters seeking a blend of comfort and convenience. The previous success of their nearby apartment complex, Haven at Treeline, which opened in September 2024 and is already 35% leased, further validates the sustained demand for upscale rental properties in the area.
