The prosecution also sought subpoenas for Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) Chair Eli Remolona and Executive Director Ronel Buenaventura, or their authorized representatives.

The panel asked the AMLC to submit certified copies of reports on covered and suspicious transactions involving Duterte and Carpio from 2006 to 2025.

The requested documents also include investigation reports related to those transactions, as well as electronic copies of cash transaction reports, suspicious transaction reports, database extracts and other machine-readable records covering the period from 2007 to 2025.
