Heart Evangelista shines as top voice at Milan Fashion Week F/W 2026

MILAN — Kapuso actress and style icon Heart Evangelista made waves at the Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026, landing in the top five digital stars with the highest online engagement, according to Instagram marketing platform Lefty.

Evangelista ranked fifth on the list of fashion personalities recognized as Top Key Voices during the fashion event, which ran from February 24 to March 2. She generated $8.6 million in Earned Media Value (EMV) and maintained an average engagement rate of 2.5%.

Topping the rankings were Thai actress Faye Peraya, followed by Thai actress-singer Namtan Tipnaree, Thai actor-model Naravit Lertratkosum, and aespa’s Karina. “While the brands provided the stage, creators drove the engagement,” Lefty said in a post highlighting the top digital voices, including Evangelista.

During Milan Fashion Week, Evangelista attended shows for luxury brands such as Ferragamo, Etro, Vivetta, and Jil Sander. She was also recently recognized for her strong online presence at Paris Fashion Week Men’s A/W 2026, where she recorded a 5.4% engagement rate and $3.34 million in EMV.

Her consistent digital influence has cemented her status as one of the most prominent Filipino personalities in international fashion circuits.
