AUSTIN, Texas– Approximately 12,000 new residents are expected to call Georgetown, Texas their home in 2024.

This growth continues to establish Georgetown as one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States.

The city’s appeal has consistently attracted new inhabitants over the past several years.

The city’s proximity to Austin provides easy access to employment opportunities, educational institutions, and cultural attractions. This has made it an attractive destination for individuals and families seeking a blend of urban and suburban living.

Georgetown’s local government has been actively working to accommodate this rapid growth.

Investments in infrastructure have been prioritized to ensure that roads, utilities, and public services can support the increasing population.

City officials have emphasized the importance of strategic planning to maintain the quality of life for current and future residents.
