Nikolov brothers lead Bulgaria to FIVB Men’s World quarterfinals

Bulgaria advanced to the quarterfinals of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship after defeating Portugal 25-19, 25-23, 25-13 on Monday at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines.

The victory marked Bulgaria’s first appearance in the Top 8 of the tournament in 15 years.
