DALLAS — For the Dallas Cowboys, Thanksgiving isn’t just about football — it’s about food. AT&T Stadium will host more than 80,000 fans on Thursday, serving up holiday classics alongside the game.
“People come to the stadium to have a Thanksgiving meal with their family,” said George Wasai, vice president of food and beverage for Legends Hospitality.
Executive Chef Marcelo Vasquez said the scale is enormous: 16,000 pounds of mac and cheese, 15,000 pounds of turkey, and 380 gallons of gravy will be served throughout the stadium, including all 365 suites. Fans will also enjoy fresh produce from Paul Quinn College’s WE Over Me Farm and seasonal handheld options for easy dining on the go.
“It’s a real honor to serve fans on Thanksgiving,” Vasquez said. “The ability to have a meal in your hands while walking around — that’s amazing.”
At AT&T Stadium, it’s turkey, touchdowns, and plenty of holiday spirit.
