Some journeys are etched with glamour; others are written with grit. For Mary An Rivera, it’s both. A proud Filipina with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Mary An made a bold leap of faith in 2013 when she left the Philippines to start a new life in the United States. What began as a professional role in the oil industry became a transformative season of growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
But the title Mary An wears most proudly today isn’t tied to a corporate office—it’s the sacred role of mother. After years of trying and enduring the emotional roller coaster of IVF, she was blessed with twin daughters, the miracle she once only dreamed of. Her motherhood journey, while deeply personal, has become her most powerful platform.
“Infertility is a silent battle many women face. I want them to know they are not alone, that hope is real, and that miracles still happen.”
With courage born from her own struggle, Mary An has become an advocate for Infertility Awareness, using her voice to uplift women who may feel unseen or unheard. Her message is simple but bold: You are not broken. You are brave.

Now, representing Texas in the prestigious Ginang Filipinas America National Pageant 2025, Mary An is redefining what pageantry truly means. For her, it’s not just about beauty and poise—it’s about purpose, motherhood, and the strength to rise after the storm.
This year’s national pageant will take place in Tacoma, Washington, featuring two powerful evenings that showcase the grace, talent, and resilience of empowered Filipina women:
- September 3: Pre-Pageant Talent Night – open to the public (ticketed admission)
- September 6: Grand Coronation Night
In partnership with Missosology, the pageant is expected to reach more than 15 million viewers worldwide, offering Mary An a global platform to share her message of hope and healing.
Her presence in this national competition is a celebration of every woman who has quietly fought battles, carried invisible scars, and still shows up with hope in her eyes. Mary An reminds us that the real crown lies in how we rise, love, and lead with intention.
To the women waiting on a miracle, fighting silent battles, or stepping into a new beginning—Mary An’s story is your reminder: You are seen. You are strong. And your boldest days are still ahead.
