Wrong-way crash in Northeast San Antonio leads to arrest of suspected drunk driver

Authorities in San Antonio reported a fatal incident involving a suspected drunk driver who was arrested following a wrong-way crash in the northeastern part of the city. The collision resulted in the death of one man. San Antonio Police Department officers responded to reports of a head-on collision on the Northeast Side. Investigations revealed that a driver traveled in the wrong direction, causing the fatal crash. The identity of the deceased man has not been disclosed.
