Sabalenka outpowers Paolini, secures Miami Open final spot

Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka, ranked number one in the world, secured her place in the Miami Open final on Thursday by defeating Italy’s Jasmine Paolini.

Sabalenka won the match 6-2, 6-2 in just 71 minutes.

The match took place in Miami, Florida, as part of the Miami Open tournament.

Sabalenka faced Paolini, who was the sixth seed in the competition.

With this victory, Sabalenka advances to the final round of the Miami Open.

In the final, Sabalenka will compete against the winner of the semi-final match between American tennis player Jessica Pegula and a wildcard entrant.

Sabalenka has previously won several top-tier tennis titles and is a leading contender in major tournaments.

Paolini, despite her loss, remains a highly regarded player within the international tennis circuit.
