Angelica Panganiban overcomes doubts in her theater debut

MANILA, Philippines — Actress Angelica Panganiban will make her theater debut in the play Don’t Meow for Me, Catriona, which is featured in Virgin Labfest (VLF) 20: Hinog.

Panganiban confirmed her participation in the play after ensuring her readiness for the role, seeing it as a challenge outside her usual comfort zone.

She will be performing alongside Peewee O’Hara, with Toni Go-Yadao directing and Ryan Machado writing the short play.

While Panganiban had received previous offers for theater roles, she decided to take part in Don’t Meow for Me, Catriona when she felt fully prepared for the experience.

The play provides an opportunity for Panganiban to pursue her passion for theater, showcasing her versatility as an actress in a new medium.
