Amazon has reportedly shown interest in acquiring TikTok, a widely popular social media platform owned by ByteDance.
The U.S. government has raised national security concerns over TikTok, alleging that the app collects data from U.S. users and possibly shares it with the Chinese government.
In response, an executive order was signed, mandating ByteDance to divest its U.S. operations by a specified date.

Other tech giants like Microsoft and Oracle have also been linked to potential deals. Both companies have reportedly held talks with ByteDance, aiming to strike a deal before the deadline.
