The exchange was recorded for Boss Toyo’s online program, “Pinoy Pawnstars,” where Delas Alas presented several rings from her past marriage. Boss Toyo examined the jewelry, discussed their history and value with Delas Alas, and offered a cash price.
Cameras captured the signing of documents and the handover of the rings, which were placed in containers for Boss Toyo’s shop. Delas Alas said she intended to convert the jewelry into cash, while Boss Toyo explained his appraisal method based on weight and materials.
