The National Basketball Association (NBA) announced on Tuesday that Stephon Castle of the San Antonio Spurs has been unanimously selected for the 2024-25 NBA All-Rookie first team.
Castle, who is 20 years old, also received the Rookie of the Year award earlier in the season.
He played in 81 games, starting 47 of them, and achieved a rookie-best average of 14.7 points per game.
Castle also led with 74 steals for the season.
He contributed an average of 4.1 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game and made 95 three-point baskets.
Joining Castle on the All-Rookie first team are Zaccharie Risacher of the Atlanta Hawks and Jaylen Wells of the Memphis Grizzlies.
Risacher and Wells finished second and third, respectively, in the Rookie of the Year voting.
