GALVESTON, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials apprehended a cruise ship passenger returning from Mexico at the Galveston Cruise Port.
The passenger was found in possession of drugs, including heroin mixed with fentanyl and THC vape pens, during a routine bag check.
CBP authorities reported the seizure of over 70 grams of heroin combined with fentanyl and nearly 100 grams of THC vape oil. The passenger’s identity remains undisclosed. Following the discovery, officials handed the individual over to local authorities for prosecution.
