Taylor Swift has released The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, an extended edition of her 12th studio album featuring four additional tracks, including “Patient Zero.”
Swift released the collection Friday, Sept. 25, nearly a year after the original album debuted in October 2025. The four new songs include “Patient Zero,” “Cleveland!,” “Pink Clouding” and “Babylon.”
Before releasing the tracks, Swift teased the official music video for “Patient Zero” on Instagram. The video stars actors Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell.
The music video will premiere during the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Sept. 27, or Monday, Sept. 28, in the Philippines.
The awards show will also honor Swift with its inaugural Artist Director Honor.
Johnson recently discussed working with Swift in an interview, describing the singer as a longtime friend. She said the two decided to collaborate on the project and work well together despite the usual advice against working with friends.
The new release marks Swift’s first music release since she married NFL star Travis Kelce.
