The Philippine Consulate General in Houston is reminding clients who choose to receive consular documents by mail to take extra precautions to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Applicants are advised to make sure their delivery address, including the zip code, is complete, clear, and legible. They should also confirm that sufficient postage is applied to ensure the package reaches its intended destination.

The consulate strongly recommends using reputable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS to reduce the risk of delays or loss of important documents.

Officials stressed that the consulate is not responsible for any delay or loss of documents while they are in transit or under the custody of the chosen courier service.

Clients are encouraged to follow these guidelines to ensure the safe receipt of their consular documents.
