Maxine Bautista of the Philippines won the silver medal in the Women’s Figure Skating event of the 33rd Southeast Asian Games on Saturday in Thailand after scoring 129.33 points in her routine and finishing behind gold medalist Kaneshige Phattaratida.

Officials of the 33rd Southeast Asian Games recognized Bautista’s performance as the second-best in the women’s figure skating field based on the judges’ final tally of points.

Judges evaluated each skater’s routine under the SEA Games figure skating scoring system and assigned Bautista a total of 129.33 points for her performance.

Kaneshige Phattaratida secured the gold medal in the same event after she outscored Bautista and the rest of the competitors according to the official results.

The Philippine delegation recorded Bautista’s silver medal as part of its overall medal haul in the SEA Games 2025 competition.

SEA Games officials released the final standings for the women’s figure skating event on Saturday and listed Kaneshige Phattaratida in first place and Maxine Bautista in second place.

Thailand, as host of the 33rd SEA Games, staged the figure skating events under the supervision of regional sports authorities and technical officials.

Bautista completed her routine before an audience that included Philippine team officials, event organizers and spectators who attended the SEA Games 2025 figure skating competition in Thailand.
