A 52-year-old woman, Theresa McCormick, was arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident in San Antonio, Texas. Authorities charged McCormick after she allegedly struck and killed Cynthia Anthony, 75, outside a gas station near the Medical Center on Sunday.
The San Antonio Police Department reported the incident occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Babcock Road.
