Billboards in Houston spotlight the search for missing teen Debra Moore and Katy woman Amarillyz Estevez, urging public assistance.

Debra Moore, 14, was last seen on July 20, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m. on the 600 block of Clear Lake Road in Highlands. She is known to her family and friends as “Dawn.”

Amarillyz Estevez, referred to as “Amy,” is 24 years old. She was last observed on August 13, 2024, when she left her home on the 19000 block of North Piper Grove Drive in Katy.

The initiative aims to generate leads and bring both individuals safely back to their families. The Texas Center for the Missing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding missing persons, particularly children, has partnered with Clear Channel Outdoor to maximize the outreach efforts.

The Vice President of Public Affairs for Clear Channel Outdoor–Houston, Lee Vela, emphasized the importance of their partnership with the Texas Center for the Missing. “Clear Channel Outdoor–Houston is proud to support the Texas Center for the Missing. Their work is vital in helping to locate missing persons, especially children. We value our long-standing partnership and remain committed to this important mission,” Vela stated.

The billboards feature photographs and essential information regarding both Debra Moore and Amarillyz Estevez. The goal is to reach the community, encouraging anyone with pertinent information to come forward. Such initiatives have proven effective, as increased public awareness often leads to new tips and developments in missing persons cases.

Authorities are urging individuals with any information related to the whereabouts of Debra or Amarillyz to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit. They can be reached at 713-274-9270. Alternatively, information can be sent via email to HCSOMissingTipLine@sheriff.hctx.net.

Both families of Debra Moore and Amarillyz Estevez remain hopeful that the renewed focus on their cases will bring the answers they have been seeking. The community continues to rally around them, offering support and assistance during this challenging time.
