Waller County is set to welcome another residential development as the northwest Houston area continues to experience significant growth. Attwater, a 470-acre community spearheaded by Bold Fox Development, is slated to begin home sales early next year. Strategically located along Highway 290, FM 362, and Owens Road, the development is set to offer a mix of affordability and accessibility.

Three builders—Chesmar Homes, HistoryMaker Homes, and Empire Communities—have secured lots within the community, with homes starting at prices in the low $300,000s. The development will feature 1,200 homes upon completion.

“Attwater will deliver the ideal blend of a quaint rural setting and a prime location,” said Alex Kamkar, Managing Shareholder of Bold Fox Development. “Residents will enjoy easy access to employment centers in The Woodlands and the Energy Corridor. Our price point opens the door to homeownership for more people in the region.”

The community design incorporates extensive green spaces, walking trails, and a central gathering hub to foster outdoor living and connectivity among residents. Families in Attwater will benefit from zoning within the Waller Independent School District.
