The Washington Wizards have traded NBA player Kelly Olynyk to the San Antonio Spurs in exchange for two players and a future draft pick.

The deal, which marks Olynyk’s third trade in five months, involves the Wizards receiving players Malaki Branham and Blake Wesley, as well as a 2026 second-round draft pick.

The selection will be the least favorable of those available from the Dallas Mavericks, Philadelphia 76ers, or Oklahoma City Thunder.

This transaction aims to bolster the Spurs’ roster, complementing their recent free agent signing of Luke Kornet and supporting their star center, Victor Wembanyama.

Olynyk, known for his shooting proficiency, now joins the Spurs, while Branham and Wesley contribute to the Wizards’ ongoing rebuilding process.
