The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) recently added a 43-year-old man from Dallas to its Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List.

Martin Deanda, a convicted sex offender, is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities urge the public to exercise caution and report any sightings of Deanda.

The inclusion of Deanda on the list highlights the seriousness of his offenses. He is described as a violent child predator from North Texas. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds.

Deanda has been wanted by law enforcement since January 2025 after he failed to comply with mandatory sex offender registration requirements.

To apprehend Deanda, DPS is offering a cash reward of up to $3,000 for any information that leads directly to his arrest. This reward is part of a larger initiative by the state to capture fugitives and ensure community safety.

The DPS encourages anyone who has information regarding Deanda’s whereabouts to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and individuals are advised not to approach Deanda if they are spotted, due to the potential risk involved.

The DPS has made details of Deanda’s profile available to the public. These details include his physical description to assist in his identification.
