The Phoenix Suns made key moves to strengthen their frontcourt during the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft on June 25, acquiring two 7-foot centers.

With the No. 10 overall pick, the Suns selected Duke center Khaman Maluach, known for his shot-blocking and defensive presence.

Later in the evening, Phoenix acquired center Mark Williams from the Charlotte Hornets in a trade that involved the No. 29 pick.

Elsewhere in the Pacific Division, it was a relatively quiet night. The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers did not make first-round selections.

The Sacramento Kings selected guard Nique Clifford with the 24th pick, while the Los Angeles Clippers chose forward Yanic Konan Niederhauser with the 30th and final pick of the round.
