The San Antonio Spurs have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant but are maintaining a reserved approach in trade discussions, according to league sources.

While the Spurs remain a possible destination should a trade occur, the organization has not pursued Durant aggressively.

The Spurs’ stance reflects a strategic and cautious evaluation of any potential deal. Reports indicate that trade packages discussed may involve players such as Devin Vassell and multiple draft picks.

However, San Antonio’s management is prioritizing alignment with the team’s long-term development goals.

In a separate development, Spurs forward Victor Wembanyama drew attention during his visit to China, where he participated in Shaolin martial arts training.

A video circulating online shows Wembanyama performing a side kick as part of the exercises. The training comes ahead of his return to team activities and reflects a broader focus on physical development during the offseason.

Wembanyama, who completed his rookie NBA season, has been working on various aspects of his game and athletic conditioning. His training in China is part of a larger effort to enhance versatility and maintain physical readiness ahead of the upcoming season.
