MANILA, Philippines– Mandaue City Sports Office, in partnership with Sacred Heart School–Ateneo de Cebu (SHS–AdC), will host the Online Sports Leadership Program (OSLP) on June 20-21, 2025, at the Virginia Chiongbian Theater on the SHS–AdC Mandaue campus in Cebu City, Philippines.

Olympic double gold medalist Carlos Yulo will serve as the guest of honor for this milestone event, marking the program’s transition from a fully online format to a live, in-person gathering.

Co-founded in 2020 by former Olympian Akiko Thomson-Guevara and coach Noli Ayo, the OSLP was initially created as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic’s disruption of sports activities worldwide.

Since then, it has grown into a key platform for developing sports leadership among youth.

The two-day event aims to inspire young athletes and sports leaders through lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities, connecting them with established professionals and peers in the industry.

The Mandaue City Sports Office and SHS–AdC invite young sports enthusiasts to register early due to anticipated high demand. Preparations are underway to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for all participants.
