Carl Tamayo, Kevin Quiambao eye longer stint in Korea’s KBL

MANILA, Philippines– Carl Tamayo and Kevin Quiambao, Filipino players in the Korean Basketball League (KBL), are embracing their experiences in South Korea both on and off the court.

Tamayo plays for Changwon LG Sakers, while Quiambao competes with Goyang Sono Skygunners.

The two athletes have expressed their appreciation for the culture in South Korea and hope to extend their stay in the league.

Tamayo and Quiambao have become notable figures in their respective teams, contributing significantly to their performances.

Recently, Tamayo scored 12 points with four assists and two rebounds in a game against Quiambao’s team.

Quiambao, in the same game, recorded 15 points, six assists, five rebounds, and three steals.

Tamayo and Quiambao continue to build their careers with aspirations of longer tenures in the KBL. Their performances in the league have drawn attention and praise from fans and analysts alike.
