Raducanu opens up about Dubai stalker scare, “couldn’t see the ball through tears”

British tennis star Emma Raducanu faced a disturbing incident during her match against Karolina Muchova at the Dubai WTA 1000 tournament last month, which left her visibly shaken and affected her performance on court.

Raducanu revealed that her concentration was disrupted by the presence of a man exhibiting “fixated behavior” in a courtside seat, which led to emotional distress and impacted her ability to focus during the match.

The unsettling presence of the individual caught Raducanu’s attention during the match, causing her to become distracted.

The young tennis player shared that the emotional toll of the incident made it difficult to see the ball properly due to tears in her eyes, which ultimately hindered her performance.

Raducanu, who is known for her poise and resilience, struggled to maintain her composure as the disturbing situation unfolded.
