Austin unveils unconventional design for new convention center

AUSTIN, Texas– The architectural blueprints for Austin’s new convention center, Unconventional ATX, have been revealed, marking the city’s effort to strengthen its position as a prime destination for events and tourism.

The project, with a budget of $1.6 billion, aims to combine modern aesthetics with functional design elements tailored to accommodate a wide variety of events.

City officials and the architectural team behind the project unveiled the design, emphasizing its focus on community engagement and sustainability.
