Consul General Gunther Sales, Consul Von Pangwi, and Vice Consul Tanya Gaurano attended a town hall meeting organized by AG&P Americas in Corpus Christi, Texas, for Filipino workers in the construction industry.

The event was held to address the concerns of the workers, who number more than a hundred and are steadily increasing as part of the company’s workforce.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the consular officials to engage with the workers, discuss issues related to their welfare, and provide support for their needs.

Filipino workers in the area are recognized for their skills, work ethic, and reliability, contributing significantly to the local construction industry.

This gathering highlights the continued presence and growth of the Filipino workforce in Corpus Christi and reflects the ongoing engagement between the Philippine consulate and its nationals working abroad.
