Philippine consulate general, council member Tiffany Thomas explore collaborative efforts in Houston

The Philippine Consulate General in Houston recently welcomed Council Member Tiffany Thomas, who represents District F, a diverse area within the City of Houston.

During the meeting, Council Member Thomas and Consul General Gunther Sales discussed potential areas for collaboration, particularly those aimed at strengthening the presence of the Filipino American community in both the district and the broader city.

The discussions included exploring initiatives that could recognize and support the Filipino American community’s contributions to Houston’s social and cultural landscape.

The Consulate expressed its appreciation for being located in District F, which is known for its diverse population.
